Or alternatively, use an old toothbrush and toothpaste to clean the grout. Then rub a candle on the grout to keep it that way. :-)

I've never heard of the candle on the grout before! I will have to give that a go.

When you change your bed linen and washed it proceed to iron it, and then fold it fitting it into one of the pillowcases and store in cupboard. Next bed change you will have it all at hand in the pillowcase.

if you have children and they draw on items of furniture, spray some hairspray direct and gently wipe with a tissue, magic the mark is gone.

To clean thermos cups pour hot water and baking soda in and seal give a little shake but be careful as it can explode (experience) this will help get rid of nasty smells and stains. You can leave overnight to remove stubborn stains. This also works well to remove stains in teapots and cups alternatively you can dissolve a denture cleaner in cups and teapots for same effect.

    1. Author Anushka F on September 29, 2015 at 2:50 pm

This is a great tip Tracey, and thanks for the heads up on the explosion bit!
