The best tips help fix problems and are simple. Have two or three types of glue in your tool box. Super glue is great for some fixes. Mainly putting 2 flat similar material surfaces together . Shoes are soft and flexible they are best glued with a flexible adhesive used on both surfaces and allowed to dry they will hold on contact and are very effective .
