In working on bedroom storage, I really like the idea to make a phone charging caddy. I've been trying to think about how I could better the storage space in my bedroom. Working in the wardrobe area, I think that would be a good place to start on the bedroom storage.

    1. Author Stephanie C on October 25, 2017 at 9:48 am

Hi Larry. I'm glad you enjoyed our ideas. The phone charging is really functional and also helps keep your phone safe! With regards to the wardrobe, beginning with a declutter is always a good start :)

Some of the ideas here don't actually appear to be 'space' saving

    1. Author Joanne A on April 4, 2019 at 3:43 pm

Hi Georgina! You're correct. Some of these ideas don't really make the most of the space available, but rather showcase the storage idea as a feature in the room. We hope that some of them were helpful to you, nonetheless.

Lots of really good ideas - thank you! I am concerned about the dust-gathering potential if storing handbags, shoes and clothes etc by hanging up on a wall or anywhere without a door. I don't want more things to dust & clean!!

    1. Author Joanne A on September 25, 2019 at 11:40 am

That's very true, Mia! Though somehow my wardrobe gets full of dust, even with the doors always shut. You could maybe get some dust bags to protect your bags even more?

    2. Author gill tammam on April 24, 2020 at 7:59 pm

you could always use a zip up see through dress bag over your handbags. If you have a picture rail you can hang all sorts of things on a picture hook I hang bags, necklaces. scarves etc on mine.

Always reckoned a fold up bed makes so much sense as it is out of the way during the day. These days I cannot have one as all the bedding is in boxes under the bed but when my ex-wife and I first partied I did think about getting one if anyone made one. This was back in 1995 and I could not find one then.
