      I have often thought of fresh herbs as I love cooking with fresh food and fresh herbs as well would make a lovely change to dried. I think having your herbs growing on yr windows sill how brilliant is that and also fresh lovely smells.

    Growing your own herbs (and veg!) is s also a good way of avoiding those unhealthy chemicals and added ingredients,which you may otherwise purchase from shops and super markets

    Nothing like adding fresh herbs to liven up meals. Parsley mashed potatoes on top of of mixed fish pieces cooked in creme fresh with a pinch of black pepper topped with cheese and cooked at 200c in the oven for 20 minutes until golden brown yummy yummy yummy!
